My mom taught me how to sew and cook and all those other things I try to do. Thank heavens because it would have cost me an arm and a leg to pay someone to make these curtains!
They did turn out pretty great AND they aren't done yet! (The Boy's initials will be made into a design and then put on the black part.) I even made my own pattern! (Look Mom! even seam allowances!)
I am still so excited that they turned out! WaHoo!
We also spent the day off of school yesterday CLEANING!

I asked The Boy to put his things away so I could vacuum. When I went in to check, this is what I saw...
I also checked The Girl's room because I had asked him to help her. Yep, you guessed it.
